rear spring hanger issues

Has anyone run across spring hanger issues on a 97 cc dually before. I cut my original hangers off and the bolt holes are way off. The bottom holes line up but the top holes are far off. I am guessing I have to drill new holes for the 2 top holes and the extra hole too.

Are you just flipping the axle and replacing front hanger and rear shackles? I dI'd this to my first 97 and dnot remember having that problem, but it was along time ago too. What brand of kit you using?

The more I think about it, I do think that not all holes lined up. Drill it man.

It's a bell tech 3-4 drop kit so I am just doing the hangers and shackles. I will eventually bag it though. Called bell tech and they told me that the factory would vary the holes from time to time. I just got lucky I guess.
