The 2.6 head wont swap onto the 2.0 or 2.2.

12 valve head has different intake manifold bolt pattern, distributor will be under the dash and pistons are different.

If you are talking about an 84-86 626 head, as I recall, I think you would have to swap in the intake manifold too, because the 8v head has round ports and the 12v head has square ports. So that would have to be taken into consideration. Other than that, it would fit.
I think the swap would leave you wanting more. These trucks just don't get exciting with 86 hp.

im pretty sure he was talking about the car f2 12v head. but buy the time you buy a head and go through all the work to swap (assuming the valve reliefs are far enough away to be able to run) you could have bought a kia fe3 and swapped it in for way more potential.
