What ecm should I run in my 89 b2600i?

Hey guys, I'm having issues with my stock g607 ecm in my 89 b2600i 4x4. What ecm should I upgrade too? I've heard on b2600.com that the g630 is a good upgrade for my first year efi truck?

There is no upgrade for your 89 B2600i. You have to stick with the G607 that you have.

Just curious, how did you diagnose the ECM being bad? They rarely fail or have issues on that model year.
