B2600i solid lifter conversion?

SO I was looking at the B2600 head, and thinking that with the right machining - one could possibly install the threaded adjusters (or ones from another motor) into the 12 valve rocker arms - this would be a huge improvement as the hyd. lifters are just always a problem at some point.
