Replacing Intake Manifold Gasket?

Hey guys. So I noticed my intake manifold gasket is toast. I don't really wanna pay a mechanic to have it replaced as a buddy of mine told me it's fairly simple to do. I was wondering if anyone had pics or any advice on how to replace the intake manifold gasket. Anything helps. Pic, tips.

If you are really talking about the gasket from intake manifold to the cylinder head: that won't be that difficult; you'd have to remove that if you were doing a head gasket job.

I'd leave the carburetor attached to the manifold if I could. The important thing will be to take photos and label all the &^$%**%#$%&* vacuum lines. Label REALLY well, replace any that were loose or cracked (one at a time).

You might think about replacing the small water bypass hoses that run under the manifold at the same time because they are more accessible that way.
