Has anyone ever got a bad carb when odering a weber carb. I bought a 32/36 DGEV weber from redline, and its burning so rich it smells like the gas is poaring out my exhaust pipe so when I try to tune it, the best smooth idle is mixture screw all the way in and thats not correct but even then it is still burning too rich.

Auto or manual? Auto must have a fuel pressure regulator installed. I've heard of the jets being loose or falling out, maybe you have a loose jet.
