coolaNT IN MY cylinders?

so i put a new gasket on my b2200 and i turned it over and waalah antifreeze in my cylinders. i even took my plug out and tried and it sprayed everywhere... what could cause this? warped head? the head i had on befor enevr put coolant in my cylinders only had white smoke and builtup massive pressure any clue on those also?
