Just rebuilt a junk yard motor from a 626 for my b2200. new 8v head (mech. lash) new pistons, weber, and header. the motor runs great but I have a oil leak from the front of the motor somewhere around the crank... I'm guessing its the main seal but cant find one at the parts store. i know its not coming from the oil pan but cant see exactly where it is coming from. its a steady drip when running. what seal do i need to replace?

Could b ecamshaft seal or crankshaft seal, both same part number FS0510602A. I'd only go good quality or dealer/factory, about $10 list price.

Does it leak around the crank pulley or is it higher up?

Not real sure yet haven't taken it apart... kinda looks behind the pulley and possible higher up...

Yeah, you'll have to pull off the belts and front covers, and take a look see.
