Weber carb conversion

I recently bought a 93 B2200 and would like to do the weber carb conversion. All I need to know is where have you found to be the least exspensive place to purchase one? And I guess if someone has a used one they would like to sell let me know. Thanks

ebay. webercarbsdirect. If you call them and just order it over the phone its like 15 bucks cheaper because you arent paying for the ebay fees they tack on.
