need bolt torque info

head bolts should be torqued to? also what the valve cover bolts should be torqued to?

B2000 B2200 Engine w/ Timing belt

Cylinder Head Bolts - 59 to 64 Ft.-lbs

Misc.
6mm bolt - 5.8
8mm bolt - 13.7
10mm bolt - 27.5
12mm bolt - 47
14mm bolt - 66

Guys, Where is a good place to get the head bolts from? I have the gasket set and forgot totally about the bolts. Didnt know if you guys might have found a better deal some where.
