i need help

okay so today i went out to start the truck and it did .. so i open the hood to look to see if anything is wrong and i see this wire thats yellow and and green ..

it comes from the carb choke i believe .. and its disconnected .. and it seems to have been this way for a long time ..

my Q is that were does it connect ??
