My b2000 Project

The Truck -







Info about truck -
The truck is almost 300k Miles. But has a motor swap with about 50k on it out of my dads totaled one from 15 years ago. It was owned and beat on untill i saved the poor thing had not exhaust no torsion bar running on shocks a complete mess. It is a 1986 Mazda B2000 LX 5-Spd


What Ive Done -
I put tints on, There illegal witch I'm going to take them off and get them done professionally.
Bought Toyota rims and put them on sunnys.
Took a head liner from a chevy blazer and wrapped it in the head liner material (i want a moon roof tho)
Have Suzuki Side kick seats
bagged in the back
Swapped a 2.2b b2200 motor + tranny
Have new carb


What I'm going to do -
Get a rx7 motor
Restore the body and get a new bed then paint.
Replace the ugly interior
Lower it 2 inches
Get Xeon or some cool light
New tints
Blacken the Back lights
Get a new exhaust (Straight piped atm)

Also if anyone knows, Is my tailgate rare or somthing? Ive never seen any other mazda with one and i love it.

well cant tell if your tailgate is rare if we cant see it in the pics. if it has the word mazda stamped in it then its hard to find. i wouldnt say rare though.

yeah thats a stock b2000 tailgate that came on the 86-88 i believe. i like the wheels they look good on there.

mind had one on it, it's an '87. i'm getting a little old, but i think the stamped was 86-88, someone will correct me if i'm off. looks good for a 300k mi truck. (i'm too slow)

Thanks mate i wanted to use a set of rims that didnt cost much and that people didn't have like the escalade rims. I like the army jet plane styled truck you got ;D

mikey got a bad ass truck! love your gate as well...I am planning on one for mine to throw some people off....thats the only mazda mark I want on my truck...so I would keep your gate...but that my opinion....cuz I think they look pretty cool. And dope looking rims too....I was looking at some of those just today.....like the way they look alot...truck is clean for almost 300k

Yea I love the tail gate theres one dent in it that im geting buffed out and i love it so much.

Honistly when i first saw this truck i almost cryed and i offerd 1500$ to the owner and he sold it to me on the spot, it was the best mazda i had seen stock with that many miles on it had everything i wanted the nice mirrors saying mazda all the emblums the back bumper's little rubber pads say mazda im so happy i bought this truck it will never be sold if it does become un road worthy it will be parked in a garaged and used for shows.
