you can get this stuff called goof-off @ pretty much any home improvement store, lowes home depot, ace hardware, it will work or you can use lighter fluid too.....just gotta be carefull or you'll remove the paint too...

there are too many to list and they all do something different, I never use vinyl on minis but on my 03 SIR I had chameleon graphics, I helped out a buddy who has a sign shop and I am not an expert at all. Try talking to your local shop and see what they say, I know the steps but I dont know the names of the chemicals,
For applying, first you clean everything then you use an adhesion promoter, then place your decals on. for removal , 1 product is needed, but I cant remember whatcha call it, it s a high performance goo gone and it stinks, see , I'm no pro! lol
The custom shop I did my autobody apprenticeship at we painted all our stripes on.

a heat gun and a razor will take off the strip easily, then it took forever scrubing the glue off, brake fluid helped that.

yeah if your not carefull, a long extension on your razor blade and a comfy chair on wheels will help too, and beer lol.
