now the better question is how in the world did this all get on tape. like it just seems staged or something. i mean, who pulls over and starts taping a stopped van on the freeway. haha. i guess they thought something big was about to happen.

i think it was a news cameraman or cop or something. it might have even been a contractor recording his site project. i dont know but it was crazy!
