tell me what you think its a block off plate for the egr valve since i dont need it anymore for the weber and the egr valve is just gauky and very ugly

how does your truck run with out the egr b.c when my truck is idoling and and i aply vacum to it , it stalls i have a weber

mine seems to run just fine. is everyone else still running there egr valve and if so where do you run your vacuum line too. mine idols alittle rough, maybe this is why

Once you remove your stock carb, you can still use the EGR valve, according to this guide I'm holding right now.

It says the port on the left of the vaccum advance is used for the EGR!

I would say give it a whirl and see if you can use it. Although, I have'nt thought about this myself. I don't know if the EGR involves the use of all the vacuum lines?

i just cut all connections to mine and plugged the vacuum lines.

how does yours run? My Weber will be here by the end of the week. Mine stalls when it's cold,it will not idle if you take your foot off the gas until it has warmed up.

I'm running a 32/36 on my 2.2 with the EGR removed and blocked off. runs great no problems at all.

im also running a 34 Weber with a custom billet block off and no issues.However my 34 is a DGEV which means it has an electric choke which is hooked up and working as it should.BJ

man,i've had my weber for 2 weeks now and still havent put it on
