What were you trying to copy the backhalf? It's a full tubed frame up until front half from what I remember. You can find under-construction pictures on SSM under the Toyota trucks section and if you want more shows pictures. Truckrun.net,socalcustoms all have pictures of it without a bed from a year or two before that feature. Also before he changed the front-end so drastically to those accord lights I believe they were.

its all tubing, unless you leave it factory or build something out of flat plate... just round or rectangular tubing. rectangular is way stronger

The IRS crossmember is in the top picture. He used the original crossmber, except he trimmed of the ends and welded in-between frame rails, then added a few gussets. A truck in florida was actually the first to do that full tube front to back. It was not clean, xtreme built it. The only thing I never liked about everybody that did that rearend swap, is none took the time to step/curve the upper frame bar inwards so the tires are not baiscally resting on the tubing.

I meant round tubing. . I drew mine up on photoshop. . jus playin around and its mostly 2x3 rectangular. . .
And if you check out my project thread, you can see the drawing. . . It stays away from the tires. . I'm thinkin about changin it up though. . .
