rick make sure you arent in a common law marriage state, i know here in washington, if you have been living together 7 or more years your relationship becomes considered a common law marriage, and you have to get a divorce to be completely separated with that situation...

Yeah, I am lucky I guess. California is not a common law state. (I lawyered up just in case) It doesn't matter anyway, we both make about the same money and our "common properties" are hugely upsidedown. The bad part is I will come out of this with a bankruptcy, no property, no place to live etc. Oh and about seven cars to try and hold on to. With rental rates as high as they are in Southern California, I am probably looking at selling off everything but the Mazda and the Caddy. Like I said I am in a world of shit. She told me not to be so negative, and that I probably need to see a doctor for my depression. Can you believe that?
