I need to go higher. No offense to any of you, but I can't justify a truck as a low rider. I need to rebuild the engine, or find an RX-7 engine/transmission to transplant. and then put a 3" body lift and then 31's

there not lowriders thay are minitrucks and lower is better but lifted is ok to as long as its a MAZDA

you won't want a rotary if you are going with larger tires - they are all horsepower - low on the torque that is required to turn the larger tires.
No offence taken by any here for sure - there are lift / prerunner topics already discussed over the years.
