So I'm working on getting my grey '88 Beater ready for the road,and since today was about the nicest day we've had for some time,I spent the majority of the daylight hours outside tinkering around in the driveway.

Kermit has become my parts truck,so I stole a bunch of goodies from him.

Here's my truck before I did anything to it:

And here's today's results:

Well,I put the tonneau cover on last weekend,but today I put the rims on it,changed the grille,put the H4s in,and clear bumper signals and then stole the plug wires from Kermit. The truck just needs brakes and an entire exhaust to certify.

But hey,for a $500 truck with almost 340k KM,it looks pretty good now,ya think?

I'm thinkin a cherry bomb and cut the side exhaust off kermit and extend it to clear the ext cab. That would be cool.

I'm gonna stick the chrome bumper on it too,but it's gotten a little rusty. It'll match the body,lol

Snow = Evil
Sorry about the snow. It is in the 70's and cloudy today. Looks good though. Too bad you are in Canada, I might be interested in the ol steel wheels.
