225/70/19 steer V drive tires whats the difference

I have recently converted my 2500 to a dually and have fitted 19.5 wheel package my question is does the tire type make a big difference all of mine are the same and in the wet the car turns like the front tires are made of butter.

Any help would be appreciated.
