Hub cap removal HELP

Ok so ive got a 2000 chevy 3500 dually with as far as I can tell the stock wheels and I want to take the chrome covers off and cant figure it out please help

The center caps are held on by the plastic lug nuts, unscrew them the the cap will come off. Beauty rings just pry off with a big screw driver or prybar.
