Can I use a set of 8-hole simulators for the E350 on my 4-hole F350 wheels? They are both 16" and look like they will fit but no one I have asked can give me an answer, even the people that make the sims lol. I like the 8-hole look better and don't want to spring for new rims as the truck just got new tires and I'm not going through all that right now.

They will work. The only problem you may encounter is the simulator fitting snug to the steel wheel. You may have to grind the backside of the simulator holes flat (if they have a beveled lip on them) so they will sit flush to the steel wheel.

ok cool, I can live with that lol. I didn't know if there were brake cooling issues (yes it sounds like a long shot) or anything else as I haven't found anyone that had done it lol

You will be fine. We actually have done this with some of our wrecker style trucks in the past and some older work trucks.

Cool deal, I think the 8-hole will make the truck look alot better.
