Brain box on fender

I have a 2000 crew cab, there is a big brain box i think for the brakes on the left innerfender. Can somebody tell me how to move this thing so i can lay frame??? I'm planing on 22's or 24's. i know all the rear mods i got to do, just dont' know what guys are doing with this damn thing!

you dont really need it. its for abs control. you just have to put a perportioning valve in line.

Thanks! With the money and time i'm putting in this thing i don't want to take any chances though. I will probably use liljlowrider's idea, i'll try to spin it a little as not to be a copy cat.
I been work at this thing for 4 years now, money is TIGHT! I'm dieing to get back out on the road! I'm the only dually around so i got to represent us hard core!
