Wifey got me my steel rollpan with flipdown license plate bracket. I cant put it on till after x-mas cause my brother got me a hidden hitch as well . he says i gotta wait (dang). Life is good and project slowly comming along, just need them rear bags.

None of the overload kits will work with a shackle or hanger kit. They only work with stock or flip kits. Not enough clearance with your setup.
