5/7 drop shock question

hey guys I have a 1997 chevy 3500 2wd, that I bought that has the 5/7 drop with a notch and the helper bag kit. one of the shocks are blown and I don't know if that's bc they are the wrong shocks or just old. So my question is what shocks do you run on your 5/7 drop?

I measured the distance between the upper and lower mounting points and checked online to see what shocks might fit.

I believe if you go to one of the auto parts stores websites and put in your truck there will be two shocks listed. Check the lengths on the specifications pages and you will see one set is shorter than the other. I am pretty sure that is how I ended up buying the shocks I have for the 5/7 drop.

The part number on the box is 61565 they are Gabriel Pro Guard shock, I think I paid about $30 each.
