88-98 semi wheel Clearance need help!!!!

Ok I have a 92 crew can Dually with a c&c 14 bolt. I have a set of 22" semi wheels. I want them one my truck just don't know how to go about getting them to fit. Need help please !!!!!!

yea i got the adapter part down but im trying to figure out how to do it without extending my fenders.

If you have a cab and chassis rear end you won't need to widen your fenders

You shouldn't need to extend them with the c&c rearend. But Idk for sure. On those year trucks, the leaf spring perch gets in the way. Hopefully someone can tell me if I am wrong.

found out i was wrong i dont have a c&c rear but i bought one the other day. now just wanting to find some pictures of rear suspension set ups running a c&C
