Hangers & Shackles Question

Okay, I know this might be a stupid question. So please bare with me, I'm new.
I want to level my truck....measuring from the center of my wheels to the bottom of the fender, the rear is 2" higher than the front.
So, I found some 2" drop shackles fairly cheap. Now, do I need the 2" drop hangers too? Or would using them both give me a 4" drop?

I had te hanger/shackle setup on my last ford, it did great until you hit a bump, you have to put a small notch in.
