Use brake fluid and bleed like any other car/truck start with the right rear, then left rear, right front, then left front.

Just wanted to add a lil bit to help make it just a touch clearer.

The Hydo-Boost is basically two separate fluid systems.
The brake portion is just like any other system.
The booster part replaces a traditional Vacuum booster ( the big black donut behind the master cylinder) with a hydraulic assist booster that is part of and powered by the power steering system.

Do NOT put power steering fluid in your master cylinder only brake fluid. as mentioned bleed normally.

Power steering fluid for the hydro-boost goes into the ps fluid resevoir for the steering pump.

hope that helps,
Josh

are both sides stuck? i have seen the brake hoses cause an issue like this. but if both sides are stuck, i would say the master cylinder maybe.
