Okay guys!.....am I the only one out there who hesitates,or doesn't believe in, on notching the rear frame rails.....my streets in my area aren't tottally f-ed up.....what do you guys think..... or am I that CRAZY!!!
You can do it but it will not sit level when you air it up, but it is tolerable. So there is 2 of us. I hesitated cutting up my $32000 brand new dually for 2 years. Now after the 5 year warranty is up and at like 51000 miles I cut the hell out of it.
it's really not that bad! the bolt in notches are beefy! i felt the same way you did, but i am glad i took the first big step....and cut it! everyones gotta loose there frames virginity sometime!!!!
