Speedometer off by 10mph

I've been having this issue with my truck which I can't seem to figure out, speedometers off by 10mph, I'm running 17" titan wheels, I've checked the speedometer gear and it wasn't damaged, speed cable is good, what's else do you guys think I should check? I mean is it my tire size?
