Cali people with fuel cells....especially you with rangers

Trying to solve my P0453 code FTP high and I think it's due to its placement, not in tank, but in line with pump vent and cell vent just before hose branches out to engine and canister.... Any help?

about your truck make sure all your vaccum lines are still there and your evap isnt flooded with gas.
