97-03 lug conversion

Does anyone have any information on changing the lug pattern on 2003 ford f150 from 5x135mm to the more popular chevy 5x5? The truck has a 9.75" rear end if that makes a difference.

Why can't you order new axles, hubs, brake disc with what ever bolt pattern you want and replace it all ?

I know it is not that easy but just wondering if you have looked for any replacement parts.

Also, what about the older 5 x 5.5 Ford bolt pattern or the 5 x 4.5 ?

I am looking for new axles for my 31 spline 8.8.
Want th older 5 x 5.5 pattern, then I need to order a new disc kit.
