weber 38 linkage on 22r help please

How does this go on the carb and how does the accelerator cable hook to it? Also where are you guys running a return spring at? thanks

Do you use the piece the cable went in on the stock carb also?

I got it. Had to use the part from the stock carb that the cable went on.
