right hand drive parts help

I am looking for a hookup on some right hand drive parts for an 88 isuzu pup, currently the truk is left hand drive and i am lookin for all the steering components that bolt to the frame for right hand steer. Any help or guidance or cross ref on other parts would b much appreciated.. thanks in advance.
