03 Nissan Altima Radiator fan... Trying to jump the wires to get it moving. Need help

Their are 4 wires going into the motors of each fan, their are 2. Does anyone know which wires need to be hooked to what? I have always known of them to have 2 wires.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Power and ground in, and power and ground out, so you can run 2 fans in series.
