Just getting back into shape really. Next year im going to be doing a 300 mile 3 day bike trip. So im giving myself a year and a half to get up and ready for that. Sitting at a desk for 9-10 hours a day for the last 5 years isn't the greatest for staying in shape either.

think i have seen a shirt that claims "round is a shape too" and has a pic of a fat guy on it.... you could always use that as an excuse.
