Need some help, wanna go lower, think traditional body drop would be the "easier" way. ONly prob is i wanna lay door, "true" door. need some help with pros and cons on goin to the doors on my 97 ibeamer.what problems am i gna run into

get rid of your beams, and install a yota front end.

also doored vehicles are a pain for a daily, lay it out, and your door doesn't open due to uneven ground.

Yeah, youre definitely going to want to ditch the Ibeams. Either way, if you do or dont ditch em, it would be a good idea to do a stock floor bodydrop to get the rockers on the ground, then traditional it to get it the rest of the way. If you do it all traditional, you are gonna lose a LOT of headroom!

3 in stock floor + 1.5 traditional= doored. if you run 17s, you may be able to turn with beams and doored.

IMHO keep the doors at least a 1/8" off the ground true door sucks esp if you want to get it painted.
As far as way to do it listen to :MULLET: James he knows, I did it wrong

mine has a 4 in traditional bd and it could almost lay doors with the rockers cut off.
