hey max i have a 91 s10, with a 4.3l motor. i have bodydropped the truck (traditional stlye) and i also lowered my motor down just far enough so that it interferes with my steering center link. so what i would like to do is have a custom idler arm and pitman arm made that are roughly 1.5 inch shorter. as well as i do intend on using no notch tie rod ends. i realize that it will shorten my steering ratio which is fine by me, but i wonder if it is going to cause me any other issues, like a bump steer problem for instance. or just anything i should be aware of . thanks for the insite.
