lift kit for a 2wd dually for semi wheels

hey guys. I'm looking for a 2wd 6"lift for a 95 f-350 dually. 4door 7.3 turbo diesel. I can't seem to find any kits out there that are for tis particular model. Any help out there guys. I also plan to put 22.5 semi wheels on it. Are the f350's the same lug pattern as a chevy and or older dodge? i"ve seen places that say they are but i havent seen yet where they acually are. any help would be great. thanks
