Just wondering what everybody is using for airline in thier rides. The reason i ask is most of my system is done in a black cotton wire braid and its used in oilfield air systems (heavy psi rating) but i have to re plumb some sending units for my digital sending units for the gauge and the stuff i have is way to big and heavy and does not go down that small 1/8" or 1/4" remember its for the sending units anyway as the will be remote mounted.

you can always tap directly into your t's. then just screw the sender in that way. just an option.

Wonder if cooper with compression fittings or stainless with swedgelock fittings might be the way to go

copper will oxidize and corrode from the condensation and moisture inside the lines. i wouldnt reccommend using it. over time trash will get in your system from the copper tubing corroding and then into your valves.

Copper will not corrode and ruin anything if you use the right stuff.  It is used on brake systems on rigs to this day, as well it can handle considerably more pressure and heat as well.  I don't mean to be rude but please do some research on copper before you make statements like that.  I ran it on my daily for 3 years and the outside barely turned green.  And by daily I mean 365 days a year rain snow salted roads.  it will last 10 or more years if cared for properly.  Plus you should be using water traps before your airlines.  Steel airtanks on the other hand will corrode and cause problems for sure down the road.
