looks like a custom made hinge.  I made similar ones to have my tube center console lift up and out at the same time instead of just roate from a single place. you will probably need to make them yourself.  taylor

I thought maybe it was from a truck of a car possibly.  Any other thoughts?

If your looking for a junkyard donor for hinges a Ford Tempo trunk hinge works pretty well. You could also roll a pair of custom ones out of flatbar if your handy in the garage.

Thanks everyone.  Looks like I'll be hitting up the junkyard.  If I can't fine anything there I'll look at ordering them from the link Jance provided or Autoloc.

Yeah, That is my old Mazda. I made the hinges myself. They are not a stock hood hinge. I did try that first though and it didn't work well at all, so I went with the custom route.

Those are similar to the import truck hood hinges. I have 2 sets of the bilt rite hinges, one small, one large. they work well. from the pics you can see they are a compund hinge and take a little more room.
