layin frame on a 00 ranger

My buddy just bought a 00 ranger thats was bagged, when he got it, it would lay rear bumper thats it. He already reduin all the rear set up, he just wonderin whats the best way to get the front down. Control arms? Zframe? both? or something else? Any ideas could help thanks

bof'em.use plated djm control arms and z the frame the rest of the way.

you dont need djms. i used the stock arms.
