50 plymouth lug nut help

i have a 50 plymouth deluxe and it has lug bolts instead of studs and one side right hand thread and the other is left hand thread. my ? is does anyone make a sud convertion so i can bolt up a set of slotted supremes?

dope ride! always wondered why the wheels on my 50 dodge had dowel holes haha mine has studs all around &  the driverside is normal thread but all the studs looked new on that side & some of the back ones were loose so i had to tack the back sides u try andy bernbaums?
