I don't know how much your wheels cost, but I make f-150  arms, narrowed any amount you want, for 499$ shipped to your door for a pair. I don't think wheels will be that cheep...   Taylor

I laid out a 05 f150 with all stock components in the front and 22s

^^^^ yea, but u  probably have a different offset wheel as well.  You can lay the trucks out easily with the stock components, as long as you have a high enough offset wheel.   His sticks out of his fender wells.  theres no way around it really, his track width needs to be narrowed to tuck the wheels, or he needs different wheels.

I was running 9.5s i understand the offset but why wouldnt he have thought about that when ordering them.

idk, maybee he didnt order them? or maybee he never intended to bag this truck, and bought them just to drive on.  Or maybee he didnt know any better...   idk, there could be dozens of reasons, regardless the track width needs to be narrowed, or the offset of the wheel needs to change.   Taylor

you said you laid one out with 22x9.5 with what offset +40?  And for MMW can you narrow the axles on these so you can tuck in the back as well

yea, narrowing the rear end of these is pretty straight forward, just like the newer ram trucks.   Taylor

how much is moser charging for axles and how much should it cost to have someone do the axle housing itself?
