Where can I get two sets of cables for latches that aren't extremely expensive? I can get a universal kit for $20 from Auto Zone, but it only has what I need for one cable. I only need about 36" for both cables with the proper mounting hardware. What is a secure way to do this without having to buy two kits or go to a salvage yard to hunt them down? They need to have the plastic sleeving to protect the cables. I will check the hardware store tomorrow.
Thanks!

If I have time I hope to release pictures and info sometime in July. I've got a lot going right now and a lot to update, I'm just to tired to mess with making a layout and writing descriptions right now LOL.I'm going to look into lawn mower cables tonight, I should be able to find something.
Any good hardware supply has it. Two types, covered & not covered,1/8'' & 3/16''

Two types, covered & not covered,1/8'' & 3/16''---------------------------------------------I checked the hardware store, Atwoods and a few local auto parts stores. I found a handle that will work but it won't allow the use of 2 cables once they are secured in place (not a big enough opening). I like the steel ring terminal mount the best because it's more secure. I can make a loop on the end of each cable and crimp them together to make my own ring mount. I can get the cable itself for .19 cents a foot vs a $20 kit that only has one end link setup. I need to find a hard plastic piece that holds the wire in place on the latch. Basically it's just a hole grommet that slides in place to mount the wire, but I doubt rubber would give me the support I need. I'll check Wal-Mart tonight and see what I can find. Sample of hook and crimp. Plastic grommet that mounts the wire. Not sure where to find that piece? $20 kit from auto parts stores. with only one wire ring terminal
