what steering wheel is this?

Hey, been looking for a billet steering wheel for a while. Havent found anything that i have realy fallen in love with. (which is how i decide on things like wheels and such lol). But looking through show coverage yesterday i found one i really like. But i dont know who makes it or what its called. Anybody know which one this is?
 

looks like an ebay wheel.   just type in billet steering, and have your fun of hours of lookin.. 

im thinking it MAY be a billet specialties wheel .... dont hold me to that though

so i looked through ebay 12 pages of wheels, mainly one design came up lol, over and over and over again. No luck

It's a old Billet Specialties wheel. Some of their wheels do have the exposed screws

So... no luck, dammit i always want stuff that isn't available anymore, or hard to find lol

i jjust replaced the comps a fitting all the valves and rewired this whole truck he has billit specialties wheels on it so it might be billit specialties also  

can u yank the steering wheel off and send it to me haha... kidding
