Hey I have a buddy Looking to raise his f150 04+. Personally I don't get raising a 2 wheel drive but he wants to. Any one know the best "Cheapest" way of going about this? He wants to get about 2-3 inches of list so would be appreciated.

The cheapest way to get 2-3 inches would be a body lift, they cost around 300 bucks and are pretty easy to install. Also, you could get a spacer for the front which will level the truck out. I think SKG makes them

Body lifts are gross, your best bet is a coil spacer and a 1" block in the rear.
