Know any trust worthy Mechanic shops in Tampa Fl.? preferably in wesley chapel?

My inlaws just retired and moved to Tampa Fl....  They never drove before, but had to start now...  They have a 97 nissan maxima.  They took it to a shop to get the oil changed, and got brakes done...  They changed the oil, brakes, and Rotors and charged them $400.00...
 
I want to find them a good mechanic over there that they can trust, and have no worries with...  Any recommendations?
