The first thing you'll need to do is throw away the bag setup and get hydraulics...that will give you literally give you 1-2" more drop by just doing that. If you're dead-set on the bags it will be much trickier. You'll need to do some notching on the rear axle and for the front UCA, but you'll also need to modify those bag brackets so they go shorter...but be careful with that to not compromise the bag in a position that it could rub. Ryan Nelson raised his entire rear subframe and notched/tubbed the front to lay his 300 (same suspension) on 24's. He is on hydraulics.
