No need to say it, shouldent of used these aim valves but they were free...
The o rings on the spools keep getting pinched and causing the valves to stick. Just replaced all 4 spools last week and 2 have already stuck this week. Pulled the valve compleatly apart, no debris or burrs in the valve block. Anyone have any fixes (maybe glue the f'in o rings in so they dont shift?)

Contact JOE MARROW (AIM) like all his ad's and posts here say.. maybe, just maybe, he will help you out with another set, or a cure.

Do you have an oiler in your system at all? Is your pressure exceding the valves rating maybe? Don't feel bad for running the AIM valves, spool valves seem fussy in general to me no matter what the make.

ya, i am running a oiler, I switched to an EDC. Fuck it, just ordered a set of SMC valves from suicidedoors
